What is EMS?
EMS Training is a highly efficient whole-body workout for 20 minutes once a week. It replaces 5 hours of conventional gym training and helps lose weight, get in shape, build muscles and provide lasting relief from back pain. Our plans include 12, 24 or 52 sessions.
